This long established award winning practice was set up in 1984 and now comprises of 3 professional staff, specialising in all aspects of architectural design and planning services with a wealth of expertise and experience in dealing with complicated sites.

In addition to dealing with all aspects of Town & Country Planning, including Highways & Environmental issues, Lawful Development Certificates, etc... we can prepare sketch perspectives, models, computer generated 3D images and photo-montages. We also offer Building Regulations application packages.
Derek Scoble has a farming background and is used to dealing with agricultural issues. He has also worked in France and speaks French fluently.

How to find us:- If you are coming from the north, turn right at the staggered junction on the A283 signposted right to Steyning. Follow the Horsham Road into the High Street and turn right at the mini roundabout by The White Horse Pub.
If you are coming from the south, turn left at the Bramber Castle roundabout onto Clays Hill and onto Bramber Road. At the mini-roundabout before The White Horse Pub, turn left into Sheep Pen Lane.
Dukes Offices are located about 100m along Sheep Pen Lane with the entrance in Dukes Lane. Please park on the left hand side in Dukes Lane if there is space or continue up Newham Lane where there are always spaces available.
